No Type C

Anything I have tried to plug in either front or back usb C ports only gets power, no data.

Is there some driver missing out of the box?
Is there something needed to be changed in BIOS?
BIOS update?


I have the SER6 6900HX which coincidentally disappeared from Amazon since buying last month.....
