SER5 MAX got incorrect power supply adapter!!

UPDATE: Apparently got confirmation from Beelink that they will ship the correct power adapter. Will post if I have news.

HI, I bought a SER5 MAX from Beelink, and even though the publication said it supported 110-240V I got tricked into a 100-120V adapter which does not work for me as I live outside of the US. The product is completely useless to me, and its not fair that they mistrick users with the product description.

I checked some o the posts that people got shipped the correct power supply, so I also would need to get one compatible for 110-240V as it was advertised. Do you know how should I proceed with my claim?

Anyone from Bee-link that can help me with this issue?

Don't worry, this power supply can support 100V-240V input. Just because of standardization, we only write 100-120V on the power supply. You can just buy a converter.

Same issue here. I asked the seller about the power adapter prior to the purchase, and I was told it will come with a 100-240v.

However, I received a different power supply with 100-120v printed in it. My country uses 230v.

@beelink, as you said in your post, can you for sure confirm that it will work for 100v-240v, despite having 100-120v printed on it? I am afraid the capacitors in the adapter might blow up because of the higher voltage.

Also, what size pin is it, if I were to buy a replacement?

Finally, why not do what the world does? Laptop and Mini PC adapters generally are auto-sensing and are designed to work with 100-240v. Why cause this headache to the customers by following a strange standard? I may not buy a beelink product again just for this reason.

I have the same problem, I bought a Beelink Mini PC SER6 MAX, AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, and it came with a power supply that says 100-120v, when in the product description at amazon it said 100-240v. Can anyone confirm that the power supply, even if it says otherwise, will work at 220v? Has anyone tried plugging it in yet?

Can you comment on how you did and what steps you followed to order the correct power supply? I made the purchase on Amazon, where did you make it? Do you have to pay for the replacement of the power supply? I wouldn't mind paying for it, just to avoid the risk of ruining the PC.

Hi to all!

The adapter has an 5.5x2.5mm pin and according to comments here and on Reddit it is actually 100-240v instead of only 100-120v or 200-240v.

There are EU users on Reddit that have been using the 100-120v adaptor in 220-240v countries for a couple months by now... and they seem to be just fine.

My case is the complete opposite: I live in Brazil (which is a 100-120v country... in most states) and have been using the 220-240v adapter for the past two weeks with no problems whatsoever.

I know that the whole situation is kinda fuzzy... But is really seems like the adapters are all 100-240v although not properly signalled as if they were.

Since I did not get a confirmation, I had to buy a after-market power supply. It works!

The pin size is 5.5x2.5mm.

Mine works alright with 230V even though 120V was printed on it. Tested it in both regular (sine wave) and UPS mode (square wave).

I used a multimeter to check the adapter output before plugging it into the PC. More details to follow in my youtube review soon.

For safety, I use the adapter with a UPS only, since I am not sure how the adapter will behave in a low voltage situation.

the definition I've heard for this is that a converter actually changes the voltage


where as an adapter just passes the input voltage to a different style of plug...


Can you confirm whether we need something to convert the voltage from 230V in EU down to the 110V printed on the power supply...

or will the power supply actually work with 230V ?
