Hi,
Purchased a SER6 Max on 6 October 2023 and got delivery on the 8 October 2023.

SN: A77353KE10015
Had an issue when installing a Monitor which had an integrated camera. I had to install a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro.
Windows is actually inactive and asking product key.
Can you help please?
