This forum is, IMO, the best OEM tech support forum in the PC universe. Other OEMs, esp., in the mini PC space, don't even have a user forum, and if they do, the OEM support staff involvement is minimal. I have no affiliation with Beelink, I'm an IT consultant with several notebooks, several workstations, many tablets, and clients in retail, travel, and R&D. Beelink stays on the cutting edge, most recently with the SER7 7840HS, and every cutting edge product has some teething issues. Feedback on this forum helps Beelink's product development... a very smart investment by Beelink.
