U59 problem with M2 disk

Hi, i have a problem with my U59, it stucks at boot logo and i can't enter bios, is like the computer was blocked.


When i put off the m2 disk, i can enter to bios and i tried a usb live boot linux mint and it works.

Also when i put on the computer, the m2 disk has two red lights.





Is the m2 drive broken? or maybe is a motherboard problem?

Can you try clearing coms?
please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. 
Meanwhile, please try setting the bios to default:Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.

Hi, i already tried that. I also unplug the bios battery for a 10 minutes and i put all on again with same result, stuck on beelink logo at startup.

And i can't enter BIOS when is stucked in beelink logo, i already tried pushing DEL button like crazy without results
