SER 7 7840HS turns off after Beelink logo

I have problem with my new SER7 7840HS (only 2 weeks old). When I turn it on, the Beelink logo appears on the display, but the SER7 turns off after about 5 seconds.
Before the mini pc worked perfect.

The strange thing is that when I unplug the magnetic power connector and only have a USB-C power cable connected, I still have the same problem. Could my magnetic power adapter be broken?

update: I see that my SER7 won't turn on at all with only the magnetic power adapter connected. (so no usb c monitor cable with power connected and the hdmi cable connected)
Can we conclude from this that the power adapter/cable is broken?

I see that you also posted on an older thread on this forum entitled, "Power supply for 7840HS".  Several members report the SER7 7840HS can't stay powered up on USB-C power in.  That's one problem.  Sounds like you may have a second problem... the OEM PS may have failed.  Alternatively, the VR or other component inside the SER7 is defective and no PS will work.  Thr commonality is the "momentary on" whether on US-C or OEM PS.... the implication being something internal to the SER7.
