EQ12 N100 Front USB Ports Problem

When I connect the Ugreen SSD Enclosure to the front USB ports of the EQ12 N100, the connection is unstable.
UASPStor warning and disk warning continue to occur in Event Viewer.
It works normally when connected to the rear USB port.

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

Could you please send us the photo of SN on the bottom of your mini pc?
And you can reset BIOS first-----please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.Please hit the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. 

Also can you send us the screenshot about your device manager, I want to see if you need to update the Driver.

Hello there,

May I ask you what device do you connected through the USB port?
And how many devices does your machine connect at the same time?

You can update the Driver to have a test.

I updated all drivers.
I am connecting the Ugreen SSD Case (CM300) equipped with the ASM235CM chipset. And a USB mouse.
An error occurs when the SSD Case is connected to the FRONT USB port. It works fine with the rear USB port.
What is the difference between front USB ports and rear USB ports?

A USB mouse works fine on the front USB port of the Beelink EQ12.
Ugreen SSD Case does not work on the FRONT USB port of Beelink EQ12.
Ugreen SSD Case works well with the REAR USB port of Beelink EQ12.
Ugreen SSD Case uses ASM235CM chipset.
Strangely, Beelink EQ12 is not compatible with ASM235CM chipset on front USB ports only.
What do you think is the cause?
Are there power limitations on the front USB port?

May I ask you that what is the system your machine has? Win10 or Win11?
And has your machine reinstalled the system? such as your machine comes with Win11, and recently you reinstalled the Win10 pro system file.

And may I ask you now what is your power supply? 12V/3A?
