I am a brand new Beelink customer and just received my new SER7 7840HS.
(1) I have an issue with my rear USB-C ports (both of them in the back). When I try to connect my screen, I hear a system sound, but the displays will not work. I have tried different brand new USB-C cables and the screen works perfectly on my mac with these cables. Anyone knows how to resolve this issue so I can use USB-C for my display? Currently works with HDMI, but I want to use USB-C (ports are part of the product).
(2) The front USB-C port works only for charging small devices. This doesn't work with my screen either. Any solutions?
Feel quite disappointed with the USB-C ports not working properly and hope to find a solution here. I was selecting between a new Mac mini that would work seamlessly and with responsive support and between Beelink. Don't want to be a sad customer.
