Opened up a new SER6 Pro to see this... black glue securing the CMOS battery spilled on several surrounding mainboard components. (see highlighted photo)

I'm assuming the compound is non-conductive but is it going to affect the components it contacts/covers?

Is there a non-destructive way to remove the glue if/when the battery needs replacement in the future?

Hello there, Don't worry.
This black glue will not damage the mainboard.
