BIOS Request for SER3 Mini PC

Hello I'd like request a BIOS update for my SER3 device.  The video playback if choppy at 4K and even 1K in some cases.  I have no other software installed on my device.  It's just running Windows 11.

@tuigang7 why don't you publish all the UEFI Updates on your website for all machines?
I need a check for an update too.

pls let us know your email, then we could check it , and because the time difference, so not that fast to answer your questions, wish you could understand.

sorry about that, we could not jut publish the bios on the website, it may brick the pc if some of them flashed the wrong one.
