SER6 Pro 7735HS boot drive anomalies, new or refurbished?

I recently purchased an SER6 Pro from amzn labelled as new, but noticed some things on the system drive indicating the machine has been booted several times before I received it. This made me think it could be a refurb? Is this normal? Has anyone else encounted these things on a 'new' machine? See attached pictures...


A file in the drive's root directory: C:\BIT_log.log which is a Passmark BurnInTest log file. There is also a persistent entry for BurnInTest in the Starup section of Task Manager, although the program is missing/not installed on the drive. (could have been run from USB or other bootable device?)

Boot logs in C:\Windows\Logs\MeasuredBoot indicating boots on dates in 2099 (haha), 2022-01 (I assume the date the system image was created), 2023-04, and the last on 2023-07 - two months before I received the machine and first booted it up on 2023-09-17.

The pc's are tested before packing and ready for sell. You would be mad if the brand new you pc you bought wouldn't start, right?

Indeed, and thank you for the response. I had considered the possibility that they test machines at the factory, hence my question if these things were normal. I still wonder why there are so many sporadic boot dates over a period of several months. Like, did it take that long to travel from one end of the factory on the moon to the other?

Wouldn't an OS reset replace log file?
Would an OS reset replace the BIT file... unless the BIT file was in the system image used for a reset?

As far as I know, yes - reinstalling an OS from a disk/partition image (and probably any other source, like a sysprep) should overwrite the whole partition and hence remove that file unless it was imaged with the file in place.

Yes one of my mini PC's with 5800H, but not Beelink, had logs on C: drive. So this means computers are tested and some of Windows images are containing these logs. I think my SER6 7735HS had too, but I don't remember.
