SER 5 MAX NOISE PROBLEM

Hello , i just bought my 5 max and i have a very big noise problem even when i use the balance mode at bios , the noise goes up if i open any program like pokerstars the noise goes up and very loud , there is any problem with my box ? There is any way to turn the fan speed down ? On bios ? at windows ? CPU at 32% and memory at 70% and the noise its VERY loud.

The problem is the temperature its always over 91º , i want to know if there is any setting that i could use to MAINTAIN the temperature bellow that without using max speed on fan , i rather have the fan always on at a 60% - 70% speed but stable , i have tried to put max temperature at 95º so the fan dont goes mad and it stays between 90-93º  but i dont think this is ok for long run , other thing that happens is lets say the temperature its at 90º , the fan speed goes up and suddenly the temperature drops to 50º and the windows kinda freezes until the goes up again and fan starts working   , it repeats in infinite loop , this happens all the time .

In default settings the noise its way to much even with a simple browser the temperature its over 80º

This happens in balance or performance mode.

What settings i can use to stabilize this ?

And please tell me what temperatures are normal or not and please dont tell me 90º its normal

I have this problem too. Just turning it on makes a really loud noise like it’s going to explode.
