EQ12 N100 Ubuntu 22.04 freezes on reboot only

The EQ12 N100 I have Ubuntu 22.04 loaded on works great except that it will not complete a reboot. It hangs on the grub screen on REBOOT only.

To be clear, if I power off the unit and then power it back on it boots to Ubuntu 22.04 without issue.
However, initiating a reboot only gets as far as the grub 2.06 option screen.
I am looking for a solution for this so that I can complete a full REBOOT with Ubuntu 22.04 using grub 2.06.
Please note: Windows 11 Pro that the unit shipped with had no issues booting or rebooting.

Could you send us corresponding screenshot about "It hangs on the grub screen on REBOOT only"?

And there is no issue for your Win11 pro system, so maybe you can reinstall the Ubuntu 22.04 system, or you can install another version of Ubuntu, such as 18.04 version.
