It´s the batch with vent holes and the
mysterious little mod in the mainboard to fix the reboot issues. Great little device..extreme powerfull. 3dsmax 2024 run´s like a charm.
I installed a Samsung 980Pro SSD and did a fresh install of W11. No trouble so far.
just my 2 cent of a brand new GTR7 Pro. Fiingers crossed.
lightpixel,
If you have HWiNFO or CPU-Z installed, what is your TDP as shown in one of those apps?
Have you used the OEM features management setting for PowerLimit and seen any configuration difference setting it to Performance Mode?
What is your BIOS version?
Thank you.
Hello lightpixel,
Just like you, I reinstalled Windows 11 on a new, more efficient SSD but unfortunately, it is no longer activated !
Is it the same for you ?
How to find the Windows key ? It's not on the box !
no issues so far...
my clean windows 11 installation was automaticly activated after the second windows reboot...
The windows key is embbaded in the bios...
@lightpixel - Thank you for posting the pic of your GTR7Pro unit - and the very visible daughter-board PCB that is installed.
Your pic enables those of us (like myself) to confirm my unit has that hardware mod 'fix' installed - by comparing it to Beelink's media pics of their pcb with your pic - and the pic I took of my unit when I received it.
After repeatedly asking Beelink's support to confirm if my unit had the modification, I never received an answer - but your pic confirmed the location of the mod and what I needed to look for inside. I suppose my question to support was lost in translation.
