Ram upgrade manual

So I just got a SER5 Pro with Ryzen 7 5800H with 16GB ram

I got a 64GB ramkit but now that I am trying to open the PC for upgrade I am unable to get to the ram port.

There is a black cover housing a fan and SATA port and I am unable to get past it.

Need a manual.
The one in box does not have instructions for opening the pc
