Hello, I got my replacement from Amazon Friday of last week, I set it all up and wifi was working perfectly when I shut it down. I brought it with me to work and turned it on and it's got the exact same problem as my first one. The wifi is simply gone and doesn't even so much as show up in the device manager.
I sent an email to the support email you have provided but I've not yet gotten any response. How long does a response generally take, because I find it very ridiculous that I have a brand new item and had to replace it just for the replacement to do the EXACT same thing. |
