Greetings, I have a SER6 pro AMD with 32RAM, it constantly disconnects from the network either by LAN or WiFi every so often it disconnects me from the internet and has made it useless. It's frustrating as I need it for work. The browser sometimes sends a "Check Internet connection" message and others, it is very annoying. Is there any update or way to do a diagnosis, or some instruction to make it work properly without interruptions?... Thank you.

Hello there,
For the wifi issue, pls try to update the wifi driver to see if that could work.
Driver:   https://beelink.oss-cn-hongkong. ... n11_%20v1.1_X64.zip
Tutorial:  https://mega.nz/file/mvAS1bQK#xX ... LDUFcxN5WUi6OrYy2js
If that does not work, you could unplug the network card and the re-insert it physically to see if that could work.
Hope it helps, Have a nice day!

I have SER6 Pro (with 2 HDMI ports).  Internet trouble free after turning off Power Saving mode.  Ran on WI-Fi for months but now connected to LAN line for several weeks.  I'm running Linux Mint 21.2

I also have a 7735HS SER6 and my internet is very stable on both wifi and lan, sometimes I hit over 20 days uptime without any disconnect. I think you may have a problem with your router or ISP, the machine is very well built and stable as a rock.

Hello there,
For the wifi issue, pls try to update the wifi driver to see if that could work.
Driver ...

I have the same problem with a SER6 MAX 7735 32Gb 1tb.

I need ethernet connection to be stable as I only access it via RDP.

I have tested it with Windows 11 and Ubuntu. I have also tried tweaking the adapter properties, set 1Gb fixed ad disabled power saving options. Also tried to find better drivers (but didn't found them). Also tried connecting it directly to my TP-Link router.

Can you help me? Maybe provide better drivers?
Thanks in advance

My SER6 MAX kept dropping WiFi for very brief moments.  Driver update didn't help.  Replaced the SER6 MAX with a SER7 7840HS, which doesn't drop WiFi when installed in the same location (behind large TV).
