Need a Windows 11 Pro license

I got my S12 pro a week ago.  After I ran some updates, my Windows is stuck.  I found a download link so I reinstalled Windows and it's now asking me for a license.  May I please have a license?

Hi, are all cases of S12 pro like this? I'm thinking about buying it but I don't want to reinstall my Window or wait for the license.

Hello, If you purchase a new machine, you do not need to install system or get license, the new machine comes with Win11 system file, you can use them well.
