SER6 PRO 7735HS Built in Graphics Issue

Hi there

Wonder if anyone can help?

Have come across issue where the SER6 Pro is using the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (please see attachment) & I get an error message when trying to start AMD Adrenalin Edition.

Has anyone seen this before and if so then is there any way to get Windows to use the AMD graphics?

Try to remove graphic driver completely using AMD cleanup utility (you download it from AMD). Then install the newer driver see if it solves. Looks like driver crash.

You have to open device manager, then right click on the display adapter. Select update driver and browse to an extracted copy of the AMD drivers.

Thank you both. Support have sent me a .ZIP including a large number of drivers but unfortunately the instructions provided did not give any indication as to what driver I am looking for. From the extracted copy of the drivers what should I be selecting in terms of specific AMD driver?

Also, which on the subject of drivers what should I be seeing as the driver under 'Storage Controllers'...as I am not sure that the correct driver is in place for the NVMe card.
