AMD driver crash every 3 mn

I'm posting a new topic because my problem is very different from the reboot problems mentioned by other users.
I do not undergo a reboot, but I cannot play any game for more than a few minutes (between 1 and 5 minutes). Inevitably the AMD graphic driver crashes. I have no trouble surfing the web, watching youtube videos or using apps, just absolutely can't play. Which is frustrating on a "gamer" mini-pc.
I upgraded the BIOS to version 21 as recommended, and updated my graphics drivers to the latest version from the AMD site (Driver Version
23.10.23.02-230720a-394441C-AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition of 07/20/2023). I applied the recommendation concerning the fact of removing a barette of RAM, and indeed when I do so I can play 2O-30 mn instead of 1-5, but the basic problem is not solved.

Make no mistake, the company responsible for my problems is AMD, not Bee-link. The problem is that Bee-link doesn't have the strength of Lenovo or Dell to pressure AMD's incompetent developers.

Tx, i've already do it. As i mentionned i wait for next AMD driver to decide if i return the GTR7 or not.

The best solution is to return the unit ... it is the same issue

I do not agree. My GTR7 never reboot. It's only the AMD graphic driver that continuously fail. For now i make 4 reports to AMD each day.

clean install windows unless you've got a system restore point setup.

Penso em acreditar também que o problema é de drive amd.

Eu fiz um teste simples no pc: coloquei um vídeo para tocar no VLC Player e depois de menos de 3 minutos o pc simplesmente, reiniciar.

Depois, desistalei o driver amd e instalei o drive de vídeo básico do windows (que não é o ideal, foi apenas para teste) e o resultado é ZERO reinicialização do pc. Não ocorreu reinicialização.

Então, o problema é de driver da amd!

DDU to remove Drivers from AMD then do a manual down load of one of earlier version so see if that works

I've used DDU to get back to the version of AMD Driver that was in GTR 7 driver but it changed nothing. There is currently a problem between AMD driver and actual Beelink BIOS (V21) around UMA.

Whatever amount of RAM I choose above 4Gb in UMA_SPECIFIED module of BIOS, ADRENALIN never take it into account. And my persdonnal opinion is that it's probably more an AMD than a Beelink problem. Because with initial version of Beelink BIOS (v12) and Adrenalin v22.40 version the UMA_SPECIFIED parameter was correct in ADRENALIN and the AMD driver was only crashing after hours of playing.
