See the attached event viewer .. Any solution ?


Bee-link customer service was kind and polite. They accepted the return and I will ship the device via ARAMEX to china tommorrow. Once they receive it, they will refund me the price + the shipping cost.

I think we all need to get the bottom of this fault even though I've not seen it myself.

It's a community we should work to get this resolved without giving up.

Do you have any EventID 507 saying "The system is exiting Modern Standby" some minutes before these error entries?

The WLAN AutoConfig service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 120000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

It doesn't seems to be the same issues I had.
Did you get the V21 BIOS from Beelink? I finally got their response via email... if you want to try it before you return this unit just privat message me with your email and I forward it to you.

Hello there,

We are still working on this issue.  Just some of the PC have reboot problem.
① Please update the latest AMD driver.
② Please try to use only one RAM and one monitor.  You can send the item back for a replacement after we release the working ones.  GTR7 and GTR7 PRO will be in stock in about 2 weeks.

Event 36871 Schannel is the error happening before the reboot

between 5 pm and 9 pm, i didnt use the device .. i started using it at 9:10 and suddenly had a reboot on 9:17 pm
