Hello there,

what are the limitations for additinal SATA SSD drive for EQ12 Pro model?

I don't see 2TB limitation like in other models (e.g. Mini S12), can we use 4TB disk in this case?

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

Sorry, it can support max up to 2TB SSD, for the 4TB disk, it can not support.

Have a nice day!

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

I think you are mistaken. There is no limitation in windows.
Only limitation is the physical size of the drive.

however if using sata, I think also 8TB can be used no problem.

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

For additinal SATA SSD drive, the 2 TB SSD is the best choise.
If you use 4TB or 8 TB,  maybe your machine will have a problem with insufficient power.

Hope it can help you and have a nice day!
