Problem : EQ12 on Win10 - No sound output to HDMI

I'm configuring a brand new EQ12 with Windows 10, and cannot direct the audio output to the TV through the HDMI.
I'm afraid it is a problem with the graphic driver as on the intel website I've read that sound to HDMI depends on the graphic driver.

I don't want to return the product, and as a last chance I ask here.
Any solution to this issue?

Hello there,

Thanks for your letter and sorry for the late reply.

You can email us, so that we can send you corresponding Driver File to solve this issue.

Also you can reset the BIOS first---- There is a small hole for CLR CMOS on the front of the machine, please insert a pin for 15 seconds after unplugging the power and HDMI cable

Note: Resetting BIOS didn't change the issue, still no sound on HDMI.
