Dear Beelink, I installed Ubuntu server 23.04 on my new Beelkink EQ12. I am getting the input/output error below when I try to mount an external hard drive connected to the EQ12's usb-c port. I have also tried Ubuntu server 22.04 LTS and get the same error--I tried Ubuntu server 23.04 because it uses a more advanced linux kernel which has better support for the Intel n100 processor, but the usb-c port still did not work.
Nothing is wrong with the external hard drive because it connects and works fine when I connect it my Beelink U59's usb-c port (running Ubuntu server 22.04 LTS). The problem is the Beelink EQ12's usb-c port. Did Beelink change the usb-c controller between these two models? Maybe the Beelink EQ12 needs a BIOS upgrade?
Here is the error that I get when I try to mount the external hard drive:
- 484.247108] INFO: task mount: 1246 blocked for more than 120 seconds.
- 484.247182] Not tainted 6.2.0-25-generic #25-Ubuntu

Copy the Code Why does my external hard drive work with Beelink U59's usb-c port, but does *not* work with the Beelink EQ12's usb-c port? Do you have a patch for this? Maybe new BIOS or something?
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
