[SOLVED] GTR7 Pro Fingerprint Sensor issue

Hi all,

I have recently restored the Windows 11 for my GTR7 PRO and have been facing problems with the fingerprint sensor.

The device is detected, but it falsely detects a fingerprint, even if I'm not placing my finger over it.

Can you help me figure out this issue?

Hello, you can try gently wiping the sensor surface with a clean, soft cloth or re-enrolling your fingerprint in the device settings to see if it works.

I can confirm the cleaning and re-enrolling my fingerprint has worked. :D
