SER5 16gb RAM upgrade

Hello, I want to upgrade from the factory 16gb RAM to the full 64. What brands are compatible? These are the 2 I am considering, but I am not sure about compatibility.

Can anyone or does anyone have any thoughts or advice for these brands and compatibility?
