GTR7 6/21 firmware - where to set cpu TDP option?

Hi,

I was sent a new firmware from 6/21 for the GTR7 that is supposed to allow it to run at like 45w/54w/65w TDP variants to keep it cooler.

Where in the firmware is this located?

Can I have a copy of this BIOS too? and flashing instructions?
I have V07 BIOS on GTR7 (not pro) and would like to increase TDP from 65W over to 75W.
Can I have a BIOS that would allow to do it?
