Last June 13th my GTR6 arrived at your facility in Germany for a replacement because it does not turn on or it takes a lot of tries before it turns on.
In contact by e-mail with you, you tell me that the new one will be sent to me in the next few days, but the reality is that to date I have not received any notice of the shipment of my new equipment.
I understand that you may have found faults in this model because it is difficult to turn on, but I think I have been waiting for many days for the shipment of my replacement.
How much longer will I have to wait?
