Just got a brand new SER5 5800H and my monitor randomly turns off and on while using it, sometimes for a few seconds at a time. I've updated the drivers to the latest version and it is still happening, and i've tested the monitor with another computer and it works fine. I'm running out of ideas on what could be happening, any ideas would be great, thanks! (screen has flashed twice while typing this)

This is an issue from AMD, they are aware of this and working for a fix. I'm affected too, with SER6 7735HS.

oh ok, thanks for that info! i just sent a message to amd about this. seems like i'll be initiating a return, this is kind of a deal breaker. I really liked the mini pc otherwise, guess i'll research intel versions. thanks again! it's odd though, I don't see much about this issue online, so this must not be a common problem?

Not all machines are affected, I found this info on some groups on fb. Intel's integrated video is much worse than AMD, just think it before getting Intel. I am affected too and sometimes in gaming gets me killed, but I don't think Beelink can do anything.
