Hello,

Running Windows 10 PRO on a SER4 4700-U AMD Ryzen 7 and only getting half my inernet speed via hardwire... Tried changing the RJ45 cable and also made sure all network drivers are updated.... I am only getting 500Mbps instead of closer to 1000....

Anyone encounter this issue? Also disabled wifi for good measure.

"I don't quite understand. What do you mean by 500Mbps instead of 1000Mbps? (Under what condition, internet download?) Firstly, the 1000Mbps is a theoretical value under laboratory conditions. I have never heard of anyone achieving those speeds in real-world conditions. There are always losses due to the quality of your connection to the central server, the time of day, the wiring, the type of files being downloaded, etc. Moreover, the speed constantly fluctuates based on the file sizes. You never achieve the maximum theoretical speed of 1000Mbps (125 Mo/s). It is completely false to believe that."

Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please make sure your wifi signal is full.
2. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
3. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
4. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other toubleshooters--- internet---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver.  Here is the driver https://beelink.oss-cn-hongkong. ... R%205900/Driver.zip
6. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel wifi driver, ---advanced--choose property 802 ac, value also choose 802 ax

Thanks for the reply... this is an issue with Hardwire and not WiFi.... I did however fix it by disabling the Gigabit Lite option in the device manager for the realtek device.
