I just hooked up my new SER5 and it seems to start, but there is no signal whatsoever out of the HDMI ports. I know the monitor works and the cable is fine. Please advise!

Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble . Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Please send us a picture of the purchase record and a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.
Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

I have a similar problem, I just bought a computer, and it does not display the image neither through the HDMI port nor through the DP port. Should I send the above information to this email?

Hello there,

And of course you can send an email to this email address: support-pc@bee-link.com

We will communicate more closely and easily about your machine malfunction.

You can try to clear CMOS first: Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Then press the pinhole of "CLR CMOS" with a pin for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minutes, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.  https://mega.nz/file/XypwTISY#DV ... Z7f7qpKGP2E3nMHW8ms

I've tried everything tech support has advised me to try. I took out the one memory card, ssd, reset cmos several times, but unfortunately it didn't work. Most likely, as I think, the problem is in the processor.
