Hi. New to the forum; searched but found no posts on this (if there's a whole whopping thread, please direct me).

My GTR PRO thrilled me from day 1. But now it can't stay online. It will drop the connection constantly and take forever to get it back, while phones and other computers are all online with no interruption.

I thought I could maybe replace the network card? But I'm not finding anything about that online and have no idea what to buy. And if its soldered in, obviously that won't work anyway.

Happy to dive in and tinker to the max, but not knowledgeable--I've rebuilt machines, I've replaced components, but talk to me like I know nothing at all.

Thanks!

Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please make sure your wifi signal is full.
2. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
3. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
4. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other toubleshooters--- internet---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver. Here is the driver Hello there,

Working through the list.

Purchased in Oct 2021, so outside 1 year.

SN 3550U0AF90146 .

Wifi signal is good. Again, there is another computer (work) sitting right next to the Bee-Link and it will retain a Wifi connection and Internet connection at the same time that the Bee-Link drops the connection and can take minutes to restore.

3. Uninstalled driver, restarted.

6. Properties set as 802 ac, value 802 ax.

So far okay. Will test for a bit to see if it is really improved or not. Will report back!

Reporting back: I haven't had it drop the connection at all, so far. I am not using it a whole lot right now (have a new job that provided their own machine), but that's the thing--when I want to use it, I don't want to sit here waiting for it to reconnect every 5 minutes. It has been solid even when I look at graphics-heavy stuff where photos have to load and so on. So I think these small changes really made a difference.

If the problems come back, I'll open it up and see what other steps I might try.

Thank you @Support-03.
