ser5 ryzen 5800h blue screen issue windows 11

I received my mini pc 2 days ago and since when I called it for the first time, it started showing crashes and a blue screen, the most common error is "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 0x0000001a".
anyone else having this problem? or already had?
  the problem is intermittent, sometimes it happens when disconnecting, when trying to install a program, surfing the internet.
  my mini pc is the ser5 5800h came with 32 gb ram and 512 ssd.
please if anyone can help me thank you

Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1.There might be something wrong with the hard ware components,maybe it is loose.
Please take out the SSD and RAM and then put them back , make sure they are installed properly.Also please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEd_7nmWVOk
If it still doesn’t work, please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS, please check you can see SSD there.
2. Please try to press ctrl+shift+win+B to fresh your graphics and sound driver.
