Hi, I recently bought a SER6 6600H and I wanted to connect my Geforce 2060 in a Lenovo eGPU chassis. After trying a few cables I found a short (0.7m) Thunderbolt 3 cable was the working combination to make it be registered on the PC, Unfortunately now when any Application attempts to use the eGPU the app in question just freezes. It's almost like they in a seperate computer as the app doesn't show a windows hang at all, even in task manager, but they are totally unfunctional.

I've updated BIOS to the latest on the support page and checked bios settings, also updated the driver from the support page too.

Anyone else had the same? Beelink, is the 6600H supported for eGPU use?

Thanks, Al

Solved it. It appears (at least with mine) you must connect either a monitor or a dummy HDMI connector to one of the outputs of your eGPU for it to work. I've never had todo this with a standard Thunderbolt 3/eGPU system, so maybe it's a USB4 'thing' ? Anyway, now the Nvidia control panel opens (before it complained about no screen attached) and Apps assigned to use the Nvidia all work fine too.
So based on my experience, on AMD Beelink USB4 systems, use a short Thunderbolt3 cable and a Dummy HDMI dongle and you should be fine.

Hope this helps someone.
