Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please check if you can see the SSD information there.
So the problem should be the SSD.

Thank you, but I found out the problem was on my end. I was using an unsupported SSD (NVME). When using the SSD supplied by you guys, I saw it in the BIOS. No need to send a new SSD
