SEi12 i5-1235U upgrade memory

Hello,

I have SEI SEi12 i5-1235U with 16GB memory and bought a G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR4 SO-DIMM F4-3200C22D-64GRS to upgrade the memory to 64GB.
After the upgrade, It doesn't give me a video.

Could someone help me? Is there hardware incompatibility with this memory?

Hello there,

Please swap the slot and wait about one minute after you turn on the PC.  
The PC may need some time to read and pair with the new RAM.
So please do not turn off the PC though the screen is black.
If it doesn't work, there might be the incompatibility problem.
