SER 6 Pro 7735HS Freezing, Full Fan

Hello,

Mine is freezing randomly after a few days on. It freezes and the fan goes to full speed. I have to unplug it to restart it.


My temperatures avg around 60C, so I don't think it's overheating.

Could be a software problem, something you did install, or Windows is corrupted, drivers are bad, etc. I have the same machine, with 3 instances of a game started (Archeage), temp is constantly at 85-86C and it only reboots when I update the video driver or Windows. For me, this machine is very stable.

Hello there,

Please check if you ever update the windows, like the graphic driver.
If the updated driver doesn't match with the system, it will cause problem.
Please roll the driver back to the original one if you did update it before.

Do I use the driver from the website or is there another file? I cleaned it up and paused updates, am at 1 day uptime now so far

Use driver from amd website, also use amd cleanup utility to install graphic driver, is safer and cleaner. Latest amd GPU driver is quite good.
