I have Win11 set to turn off displays in 10 min, then into Sleep in 15 mins, then hibernate in 20... none of these are happening. I can force it using the Win11 menu and it works doing that.

  • ACPI in ON in BIOS
  • there are NO active apps or browsers open

Anyone had this problem / know a fix?

thx!

Hello there,

Here are some possible steps to troubleshoot the issue.

① Please  Check the Power Settings: Make sure that the power settings are configured correctly. You can check this by going to Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings. Here you can configure the settings for sleep, hibernate, and display turn off.
②Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.
③  Run a system scan to check for any malware or viruses that may be interfering with the power settings on your computer.
