I updated the network speed on my cable to 1 gig download speed.  A speedtest on my IPhone 13 Pro Max on wifi gets a download speed of 870 but speed test on the 5600H maxes out at 340 pretty consistently. I've flushdns and the speed doesn't change.  What's worse, when I connect using a wired connection, the speed drops significantly. 250 download speeds.

5600H Windows 11

Any help with this?

Hello there,
Sorry for the trouble. Don't worry, the PC has one-year warranty.
Could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of purchase record ? Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1.Please make sure your wifi signal is full.
2. Make sure that the distance between the PC and the router is less than 6 meters.
3. Please uninstall the wifi driver and then resatart the PC to see if it works.
4. Please right click the windows ---setting -troubleshooting ---other toubleshooters--- internet---run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
5.Please update the driver. Here is the driver https://mega.nz/file/fvQWUDwa#EV ... KWcrV72J52XzM4APp8c
Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/mvAS1bQK#xX ... LDUFcxN5WUi6OrYy2js
6. Go to device manager , click the property of the Intel wifi driver, ---advanced--choose property 802 ac, value also choose 802 ax.
