What are the changes in bios 1.13 for ser6 pro?

What has been improved in BIOS 1.13 and EC 1.15?  updated 1.15 EC in 1.11 bios ?
Does the firmware solve the problem of overheating?
Does replacing the thermal paste solve the problem of overheating?

For me flashing the 1.13 EC FW 1.15.01 solved all overheating problems, also I replaced thermal paste with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, the original from factory was already solidified. The vent is spinning a lot harder than 1.11 and is more noisy, but I don't mind, as long as it cools the system.

As I advised back to dlonyer in another thread...the only update that I got from Support took the EC to 1.15.1 but left the BIOS as 1.11. I queried this with Support but so far all I have got back from them is that I have the latest release...which is at odds with what I have read elsewhere, including here, on this forum.

Please see the attached picture of the EC file.
Please  change the file name "ARB20A113.BIN", to  ARB20A113.exe, then double click to flash BIOS.
