EQ12 proxmox pasthrough iommu error

I'm installing Proxmox 7.4-1 on my new EQ12 and running into issues passing through either NIC card. Enabling intel_iommu=on and / or iommu=pt results in losing connectivity with both nic cards and dmesg messages about iommu instability. The virtio modules didn't help either. And my system seems to have the virtualization settings on by default. Does anyone have any ideas?

P.s. proxmox loaded easily with one gotcha - the framebuffer trick on installation.
