install windows on new Nvme drive

i installed a new Nvme drive and now i need to install windows with the license key. can you provide me a copy or should i just download from microsoft and install?


my system is ser6 pro ryzen7000 series

Hello, if windows was activated on your machine when you were online, it should activate again without any problem, because serial number is written in flash. If you installed the NVME drive directly, you need the serial from Beelink. You should write an e-mail to them. Support -> Service & Repair

thanks. i got the key and installed windows which indeed was activated automatically. yet i have some device that don't have device drivers.
multimedia controller
pci encryption/decryption controller
unknown device *ACPI\AMDI0052\2&DABA3FF&0

and there is no sound

i downloaded and clicked. on all drivers in the file (SER6_Driver_win11_ v1.1_X64) but i don't think any of them installed.

do you have link for the needed device drivers to download and install?

If you install chipset drivers for laptop chipsets from AMD site, the ACPI problem will solve. Also, windows 11 must find sound chip automatically, no need to install anything, make sure you right click on sound icon and use Senary Audio as default output device. Windows 11 22H2 has all drivers anyway. Also, the sound from HDMI output is installed automatically by the Adrenaline GPU Driver, make sure you will use the latest one.
