I purchased this mini to run one commercial application. It appears to be the only application that causes problems. Some times, this happens as soon as I start the app. Other times, the app runs for hours without a problem. The problem is that the SER5 simply shuts down. it happens too quick to be a temperature issue.
Eventually, powering off this way corrupts the files and I have to re-install Windows 11 Pro. i'm on my 9th Windows install in 3 days. As I said, it runs other apps (including exhaustive performance tests) with no problems. I run this app on six other pc's around the clock and have never had this issue.
I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I am over this and I hope someone has some suggestions. Perhaps there is info in the system logs that might help me, but I don't know where to look.
