Just today earlier I found that message and my PC does not boot to Windows, in the BIOS if the nvme is recognized and a HDD that I put, and yet it does not boot no matter what options I change, I investigated an option on the internet about changing the "boot legacy" but I can not find it in the bios, I sent an email to support to see if they help me meanwhile I upload this post to see if anyone will have options to my problem.

I have also seen that some say to reinstall the Windows image but that erases everything that was already in the Nvem?

i had the same no media present issue going on, customer service said it looks like SSD issue and they can send me a new SSD, but no surprise radio silence from them

I cleared CMOS by pressing the button infront it ran fine until i shut down the pc, it ran into the same issue: no media present and straight to BIOS. after a few more CLR cmos it started again and i didnt shut it down and it ran fine for about a month until i had to shut it down it ran into the same issue. Now no matter how many times i clr cmos it wont start
so i just installed a new SSD now need to figure out how to re-install windows 11....stay tuned i guess?

Hello there,

Please go to BIOS and check if you can see SSD there.
If not, the problem would be the SSD.
We can send you the SSD replacement under warranty.

Regarding reinstalling the Windows image, it is true that a clean installation would typically erase everything on the NVMe drive. However, it's important to note that there are options to preserve your data before performing a clean installation. One option is to connect the NVMe drive to another computer as a secondary drive and retrieve your important files before proceeding with the installation. Alternatively, you may be able to use recovery tools or bootable USB drives to attempt repairs without erasing your data.

I have similar issue on several U59V1's I take the NVMe SSD from one system and plug it into another system and they work fine. but I have several boxes that can't recognize any NVMe SSDs. I know the SSDs are good because they can be read by other U59V1s. looking to see what the issue is on these computers that cannot see the SSDs.

Could you please send us these two pictures? (The method of entering the BIOS is to press delete all the time at the boot interface)
1. BIOS save&exit page
2. SATA And RST Configuration in BIOS chipest (path: Chipset→PCH-IO Configuration→SATA And RST Configuration)
Looking forward to your reply.
