SER5 AMD Ryzen 7 5800H reboot looping

We got the pc to replace another and within a month it failed Windows updates at some point. It's looping the windows update screen with the dot loop, to a rebooting screen, it reboots and back to update loop. Allows us to get into setup but won't boot windows. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

You can make a USB stick with Windows 11, boot with it and try to repair the install. Sometimes it works. Or you can just reinstall.
