Beelink Ser3 No sound

I have beelink Ser3 with AMD Ryzen 7 3750H but I can not make the mini jack sound work in windows 11. tryed to reinstal moptherboard drivers but made not diference and I can't find drivers for sound in beelink site

Any solution?

Hello there,
Sorry for your trouble.
Could you pls send  a picture of SN at the bottom of the machine and your purchase record?

Let's do some troubleshooting. Here are some potential solutions:
1/Please right click window--click “”setting“---Sound----more sound setting --click "playback"--right click speaker---properties--controller information ---properties---update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the  playback setting.
2/You can try to update the driver.

I have a Beelink U59. Last night Win11 did an update.
Now the audio does not work at all and the machine says 'no audio device is installed'.
I've attempted to download and install the driver from the MEGA page with no luck.
This after a couple years of nice operation.

Please try some solutions here : 
1.CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. 
Secondly, Please hit the "CLR CMOS" button for about 10 seconds.
Please wait until 10 minutes later (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),
Then plug the power supply and HDMI cable back in, turn on the PC again, 
once turn on the PC,  you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works.  Please try few more times.

2. Go to the windows terminal (admin) >  type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.   

3.Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom to confirm.
We will send you the drivers.
