Hello Customer Support,
Im having an issue with clicking noise from the fan bracket? It sounds like the fan blades are contacting the bracket. Also, it looks like the one I received was repackaged since the internal cardboard and external wrapping on the case was ripped and the power supply cords were not twist tied. I had purchased a SER 5 PRO last month that didnt look like this when unboxed (had a separate issue with the SER 5 PRO that was unresolved through Amazon message, so I just returned). Can customer support please help resolve this issue? Im still within the return window at Amazon but wanted to ask on the forum to see if I could get a reply and also document issues with Beelink computers. Dont want to have to return another one.
