SER5 5500U Windows key

I have a SER5 5500U and need to reinstall Windows 11. Can I please get the key to activate it?

The key is written in flash, windows will activate automatically when you are online.

It does not, it says no key is available.

Was your windows activated before? Because if it wasn't online ever, they key is missing, open a ticket if you don't have the key with your serial number on site, at service & repair they must provide you the key. I had both my beelink machines activated, also on GKmini I put windows 10 and worked.
