SER6 Pro bios won't update.

so i recieved the latest bios from beelink, but when trying to flash it, it keeps saying file not found. I've tried several usb drives, all of them 16 or more gb, but i get the same error. I've cleared the cmos several times as well with no luck. i'm following the instructions to the letter, but i'm stumped. any suggestions? thanks.

How did you get the bios? its not on their site.

yes, as per the instructions. I've also tried different ways of copying the files, nothing works

tried that, no luck. never had so much trouble doing a bios update. thinking of trying Aptio V firmware utility, but don't want to brick my pc.

done that about 10 times, tried with several new flash drives, 16gb, 32gb, 64gb....nothing works.
