Sei11 front USB port issue

Something is up with the front USB 3 ports on the SEi11. When I plug my wireless mouse into one of them it lags and is not useable. I had to do what another user recommended and purchase a USBC to USB expander and plug the wireless mouse dongle into that for it to not lag.

Serial#1132H3DH50398      Bios: TL55T201  Date: 6/30/2022     It won't let me attach an image of the serial#   says the file size is too large.

Can your machine work with USB 2 port?

Yes, the rear USB 2 ports work fine. Front USB 3 ports are very slow, mouse or keyboard plugged into them lag severely making them unusable.

I have the same problem with my unit. Eventually nothing will detect on them and the unit will start to have other failures. It's a sign the motherboard is starting to fail which is common with these units.
